How Yoga SAVED My Life

I began to notice remarkable improvement in my physical, mental and spiritual health when I began practicing yoga. One of the things that drew me to yoga was my chronic back and knee discomfort, which went away after I started! My flexibility and posture also improved dramatically. Yoga improved my range of motion in the gym, which helped me get more out of my exercises. Yoga has helped me cope with my anxiety and depression. It has also aided in the improvement of my energy and attitude. Overall, doing yoga on a regular basis has made me feel more energetic and healthy!

After you sign up, you will receive two emails, one of which will lead you to my APP, where you will also be able to check my calendar and select which sessions you want to attend.

Step 3: 
Come Prepared And On Time!

  • Hydrate: The day before with plenty of water.
  • Nourish your body: Eat a light meal a few hours before session. 
  • Bring a yoga mat.
  • ​Bring a towel and yoga blocks (optional).
  • ​Please be on time we will begin our session promptly. Add the yoga session to your calendar as a reminder.

Fill out a brief intake form by clicking the button below. You will be redirected to a scheduling page after completing the intake form. Choose a day and time that works best for you on the scheduling page.

Step 2: 
Schedule Yoga Session

After you find a time and date that works best for you and process your payment, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the links and details about your scheduled yoga session. You should find the confirmation email in your inbox or spam folder.

When Is The Next One?
Honestly, it was great. The beach made everything much more relaxing. This was the first time I felt relaxed in a while. Afterwards, I felt good for the rest of the day. I would love to go next time.
